We were working within a home builder collaborating with a team of real estate agents.
Scheduling open houses was ongoing task. After disjointed emails, forgotten phone calls, misaligned calendars and annoying website updates, the schedule would come together would soon be outdated, which restarted the entire process. This was the a problem we set out to solve.
A minimal viable product was built to connect realtors to open houses.
Once the MVP was built, we immediately started testing it.
For 8 months, OpenOpen was the only thing the home builder used to connect with agents looking to host open houses. It worked!
The home builder’s trusted roster of realtors expanded to 30+ agents who all had access to claim open house opportunities in real-time.
Realtors claimed open house opportunities without emails being exchanged, which saved time, unlocked more leads for the agents and increased sales for the builder.
We created a free prize in the platform by allowing real-time schedules to be shared with 3rd parties and on any website.
We added features focused on creating value for busy people.
A problem had been solved and was returning enormous value, so we united a team and invested in this proven platform.
